台灣愛滋條例已於2015年1月20日通過修訂，解除對外籍愛滋感染者的入出境限制。目前仍在等待總統公佈施行，法令才正式生效。

Dear friends,
Taiwan HIV Infection Control and Patient Rights Protection Act amended this January 20th. The restrictions on the entry and the deportation of HIV/AIDS foreigners have been lifted. The regulation is waiting promulgated under Presidential Decree by now.
We are confirming with Immigration Agency about the detail of re-entry. Any information will be released immediately. Also, you are free to email Persons with HIV/AIDS Rights Advocacy Association of Taiwan (PRAA) (praatw@gmail.com) ,or us (hotline@hotline.org.tw) anytime.
