台灣已邁入超高齡社會，韓國也面臨相似的挑戰。然而，在現行的長照政策與社會服務中，多元性別的觀點與需求仍然被忽略。隨著 LGBTQ+ 世代逐漸邁入老年，如何在晚年依然能自在生活、被理解與被照顧，成為社群與服務體系的重要課題。

本論壇邀集來自 台灣、韓國、荷蘭與德國 的講者共同交流。
相較於台灣與韓國，荷蘭與德國在此議題上已有更多實務經驗與政策討論，他們將分享在 LGBTQ+ 長者照護、社區支持與政策倡議上的成果與學習；台灣與韓國則將介紹目前的進展與挑戰。

透過這場跨國對話，我們希望打開更多想像，思考在超高齡社會中，如何讓每個人都能自在共老，驕傲生活。

Taiwan has officially entered a super-aged society, and Korea is facing similar challenges. Yet within existing long-term care policies and social services, the perspectives and needs of gender and sexual diversity remain largely overlooked. As LGBTQ+ generations grow older, questions of how to live freely, be understood, and receive proper care in later life have become vital concerns for both communities and service systems.

This forum brings together speakers from Taiwan, Korea, the Netherlands, and Germany.
While the Netherlands and Germany have engaged in broader discussions and developed more practices regarding LGBTQ+ aging, Taiwan and Korea will share their current progress and emerging initiatives.

Through this cross-national dialogue, we hope to broaden our collective imagination and explore how, in an aging society, everyone can age with comfort, dignity, and pride.
